Business Transaction SpecialistCoding expert Jody Klitz keeps the business and financial aspects of cancer care running smoothly so patients are free to focus entirely on their health and wellbeing. she joined our team in 2005 with nearly 10 years of experience and training as a certified professional coder. While much of her responsibility includes working with insurance companies, including coding diagnoses and filing claims, she says that her most important task is talking to patients one-on-one to ease insurance and financial concerns. In doing so, Jody offers peace-of-mind to patients at a time when they need it most. She treats each individual’s financial issues with the same level of concern and kindness that they’ll receive from all staff members at CCND.

With four children and involvement in their school activities and sports, Jody and her husband don’t have much spare time. When they do find a moment, they like to travel, to go for long walks and to enjoy their garden
